Valencia has become a natural host for conferences, launches and celebrations: the City of Arts and Sciences complex hosts large-format galas, the historic-centre palaces and Ruzafa terraces work for more intimate presentations, and the halls by the port serve corporate events with the sea behind. Each calls for a different eye, and we know it.

An event doesn't repeat: the applause, the toast, the speaker's face, the conversation at the coffee break. Our job is to be in the right place at the right second, without interrupting, so the next day you have a full account of what happened — not just posed group shots.

How we cover your event

Before the day we go through the run sheet with you hour by hour: which moments we can't miss, who the key people are, whether there are logos or sponsors that must appear, and how you'll use the photos. With that we plan positions and, for large events, split coverage so nothing simultaneous is lost.

During the event we work in a documentary style: we move discreetly, use available light whenever possible and subtle flash only when needed, so we don't break the mood of a dinner or a gala. We capture talks, networking, setup details, audience reactions and the formal moments.

If you need it, we set up a small portrait corner for speakers or award winners to the side, and deliver a quick first selection the same day or the next morning so your comms team can post while it's hot.

Delivery, rights and hourly rate

Coverage is booked by the hour, from €150, and adjusts to the event's real length; long days, multi-space programmes or the need for a second photographer are quoted separately. If you want express delivery of a few images for social the same day, we build that into the plan.

The full gallery, edited in high resolution, is delivered between three and seven days afterwards. It includes corporate and press usage rights for the organising company — web, social, press releases and event report — with no time limit. We settle everything in writing before the event.
