Corporate event photography — Barcelona

The company or organiser receives full commercial and internal usage rights: press, corporate social, website, annual reports and promotion of future editions, with no time limit or cap on publications. We keep authorship and the right to show a selection in our portfolio, unless we agree confidentiality. If there are attendees who can't appear publicly, we flag it in advance and exclude them from the shareable images.

Yes. If you arrange it at booking, we deliver an urgent selection of ten to fifteen edited photos during the event itself or first thing the next morning, ready to publish while the event is news. The full report, with all coverage edited in detail, follows three to seven days later. This express delivery is very useful for launches, congresses and galas with media reach.

Both, depending on the space. On rooftops with views, well-lit rooms or sunset cocktails we use ambient light to keep the event's real mood. In dark auditoriums, stages or dim hotel halls we use discreet bounced flash, which lights without blinding anyone or breaking the atmosphere. We always carry gear for both scenarios, so no room catches us without a solution.

Pricing is per project and starts from €150 per project, calculated on hours of coverage, whether one or two photographers are needed, delivery urgency and extras like a recap video or drone.
