Each format calls for a different eye, and covering them well is the difference between a memory and a communication asset.
Good event coverage isn't just "being there": it's anticipating the keynote, the handshakes, the laughter at the cocktail and the wide shot of the full room that justifies the budget to management. The images end up in press releases, corporate social, annual reports and next year's website.
We work with discretion and speed, reading the rhythm of the day so we interrupt nothing and, at the same time, miss no moment that matters.
How we cover your event
Before the day we go over the script with you: the hour-by-hour agenda, the key moments that can't be missed — the keynote, the group photo, the awards — and the list of people and sponsors who absolutely must appear. If you send the room plan, we plan lighting positions and angles in advance.
During the event we mix candid reportage and set shots: wide frames of the full room, catering and staging details, speaker portraits and the networking moments at the cocktail. We work with ambient light where it flatters and discreet flash where the room demands it, without blinding anyone.
If you need it, we deliver a first selection of ten or fifteen photos the same day or the next morning for social and press, while the event is still news. The full report follows later, edited at a calmer pace.
Delivery, rights and pricing
The full report is delivered in a high-resolution digital gallery three to seven days after the event, with a broad edited selection sorted by blocks of the day. We include social-optimised versions and an urgent same-day selection if you need it.
Images come with commercial and internal usage rights for the company or organiser: press, corporate social, reports, website and promotion of future editions, with no time limit. We agree in writing any attendee-privacy restriction you require.
Pricing is calculated per project based on hours of coverage, number of photographers and delivery urgency: from €150 per project. I send a fixed quote once I know the agenda, with the option to add a recap video, a second photographer or multi-day coverage.
