By hours of coverage. We agree with you how many hours you need based on the programme — from a couple of hours for a short launch to a full day for a conference — and, if capacity or pace demand it, we assess a second photographer. On that we give you a fixed quote before the date, with no hidden surcharges.

Do you work in low-light interiors or at night?

Yes, it's routine. We use gear built for low light and, when needed, our own discreet lighting so we don't alter the atmosphere — whether a dark conference room or a port terrace at night. The aim is for the photos to keep the event's real atmosphere without coming out dark or noisy.

When do we get the photos and can we publish the same day?

The full edited gallery arrives in 3 to 7 working days. If you need to communicate hot — a same-day post or a next-day press release — we agree in advance on a priority preview with a selection of the best images already retouched so you don't miss the moment.

Who can use the event photos?

The organisation receives a commercial usage licence for internal communication, social media, website, press and reports. If there are sponsors or partners who also want to use the images, we agree it in writing before the event, stating what each party may publish. That way no one has doubts about rights when it's time to share.

If the event calls for it, we set up a small portrait corner for guests or speakers and combine general coverage with those portraits. For long or large events we can add a second photographer so no angle goes uncovered.
