Ibiza is one of Europe's great event stages: brand launches at beach clubs, private dinners in villas, yacht parties and corporate galas with the western sunset as a backdrop. Every event has its own energy, and our job is to capture it without interrupting it.

We shoot for brands, agencies and private hosts who need material that matches the production: images that work for press, social and event memory, conveying the true level of the production.

How we cover your event

Before the day we agree a coverage brief: the must-have moments (guest arrivals, speech, toast, performance, the sunset), the brand shots the client needs and a list of key people who can't be missed. That way nothing important slips through.

We work in a reportage style, moving discreetly among guests and mixing wide shots of the setup with details of catering, set design and genuine reactions. At western beach clubs we use the golden hour; in villas and yachts we play with warm interior light and string lights; at galas we use flash judiciously so the atmosphere isn't lost.

For long events or those with several spaces we coordinate a second photographer, so the main stage and parallel areas are covered at once. If you need it, we deliver a quick selection during the same night to post while it's hot.

Delivery, rights and pricing

We deliver the full edited gallery in 3–7 days, organised by moment so it's easy to use. On request we add an express preview of 15–30 images the same night or next morning, ideal for posting while the event is still news.

Photos include full commercial usage rights for the brand or host: press, social, website and internal communication. Pricing is from €150 per project depending on coverage hours, number of photographers and express delivery. We send a fixed quote once we know the event programme.
