Yes. We work in Palma congress centers, hotels in Portals, Paguera and the bay, and inland estates used for retreats and launches. Before the event we review the venue, the available light in each room and the agenda's key points, so we arrive with a plan and don't improvise on coverage day.

We need the photos the same day for press or social. Is that possible?

Yes. We offer an express preview: a selection of key photos edited and delivered during the event or right at the end, ready to publish on LinkedIn, the website or send to press the same day. The full edited report comes later, in 3-7 business days. Tell us in the briefing which moments are priority for the preview.

How do you ensure logos and sponsors appear?

In the prior briefing we capture the placement of logos, photocall, stage signage and sponsors that must stay visible, plus the must-have people or officials. During the event we actively look for framings where the brand appears naturally, which is key for the sponsor deck and the follow-up press release.

Do we need a second photographer for our event?

It depends on the format. For a single stage and moderate attendance, one photographer covers the day well. For events with parallel sessions in several rooms, large attendance, or when stage and networking must be covered at once, we recommend a second photographer so no key moments are missed. We assess it from your agenda and include it in the fixed quote.

For conferences and galas mixing dark-room light and stage spotlights, we use gear ready for low light, with no disruptive flashes distracting the speakers.

For multi-room or full-day events we coordinate a second photographer, so the main stage and parallel sessions are covered at once. If you need images to publish the same day —press, corporate social media—, we deliver a quick selection during or right at the end of the event.

Turnaround, deliverables and pricing

Pricing starts at around €300 and adjusts to duration and scope: short coverage of a couple of hours (a panel, a press conference, a cocktail) versus a full day with several rooms and a second photographer. We give you a fixed quote by hours and number of photographers before the event.

We deliver an edited report with a photo count matching the duration, in high resolution for website, press and decks, plus cropped versions optimized for LinkedIn and corporate social media. We keep a uniform color treatment aligned with your brand so published material has a consistent image.
