We define what the images are for — catalogue, social, campaign, lookbook — for how long and on which media, and that sets the licence. That way you're legally covered and the price reflects the real value of the use. We sign it off before shooting, with no fine print.

For photos in the public outdoor areas — walkways, plazas, pools — with a handheld camera and light gear, there's normally no issue. If the project uses large tripods, powerful strobe lighting, a multi-person crew or has a clearly commercial purpose, it's worth arranging a permit to avoid surprises. We assess it according to your production and, if needed, handle it in advance.

The number depends on the number of looks and the hours, and we agree it when defining the project; a single-look editorial usually yields a solid selection of edited images, and several looks expand it. All carry editorial-grade colour treatment, and the key images get finer retouching of skin, garment and background. If you need a quick delivery of one or two images for social, I send those ahead.
