Corporate event photography — Madrid

We arrange that easily. The full edited gallery arrives in three to seven days depending on volume, but for events where immediate posting matters we offer express delivery: a selection of key images, edited and optimised for social, within a few hours or that same night. That way marketing can post while the event is still being talked about, and the full reportage follows for website, press and reports.

It depends on size and pace. For a mid-sized conference or presentation in one room, one photographer covers stage, audience and networking comfortably. For large galas, events with several simultaneous rooms, a photocall and sponsor coverage, we recommend a second photographer: one focuses on the stage and formal moments while the other gathers atmosphere, details and guest portraits. We decide together when reviewing the programme.

The organisation receives full corporate usage rights with no expiry: social media, website, press releases, annual reports, internal materials and sponsor communication. If a sponsor or partner needs to use specific images on their own channels, we coordinate that in the quote. The only point to keep in mind isn't about rights but privacy: at open events it's wise to tell attendees photography will take place, which we usually handle with a sign at registration.

The price is fixed per project and built on hours of coverage, number of photographers and the extras you choose: express social delivery, video, photocall or a second set of speaker portraits. We work in blocks of hours, so a three-hour event costs less than a full evening gala. As soon as you send us the programme and duration we send a fixed quote, with no surprises on the final invoice.
