Every week there are trade fairs at IFEMA, presentations in hotels along Paseo de la Castellana, rooftop cocktails overlooking Gran Vía and talks in Salamanca venues. An event is prepared over months and lasts a few hours: the photography is what remains afterwards.
We don't shoot an event for pretty pictures, but so that marketing, press and management have material that justifies the investment: the full room, the speaker on stage, the sponsor's logo clearly visible, the faces of people enjoying themselves.
We know the rhythms of a corporate event and where to position ourselves without getting in the way: the key speech moment, the handshake that closes a deal, the energy of networking. We cover it without you noticing we're there.
How we cover your event
Before the day we go through the programme with you: registration time, key talks, planned group photos, sponsor moments and the venue layout. We agree a must-have shot list so no milestone goes uncovered.
During the event we work in reportage mode: available light and discreet flash when needed, without interrupting the talks. We cover stage, audience, brand details, coffee breaks and networking, alternating wide shots that show the room with close-ups that carry the emotion.
For galas and launches we can add a second photographer or a photocall with express delivery, so you have a few images ready to post that same night while the event is still alive online.
Delivery, rights and price
The full edited gallery is delivered in three to seven days depending on volume. If you need a preview for press or social, we send a selection of key images within a few hours or by the next day, already optimised to publish.
We deliver in high resolution for print and in a lightweight web version, with full corporate usage rights: social, website, press releases, annual reports and internal materials. No expiry for your organisation.
Pricing is per project and depends on hours of coverage, number of photographers and extras like express delivery, video or photocall. Once we know the programme we send a fixed quote, usually with a rate per block of hours.
