How we shoot at your office or coworking

We set up a portable studio right at your office or coworking: two or three lights, a neutral backdrop or the company's own environment, and the whole thing fits in a meeting room. Nobody needs to travel and the workday doesn't stop — each person spends four or five minutes in front of the camera and returns to their desk.

We direct pose, posture and expression live, showing frames on screen so the team feels at ease and sees the result instantly. For large sessions we organise a staggered schedule, so twenty, fifty or a hundred people are photographed in a single day with the same framing and the same light.

If you prefer a backdrop with Valencian character, we step out to an inner courtyard, the building's modernist façade or a terrace with the city behind. You choose between the classic clean background and a more editorial setting.

Delivery, rights and pricing

We deliver the edited headshots in a high-resolution digital gallery between three and seven days after the session, with a square crop for profiles and a horizontal version for the web. Each person gets their naturally retouched selection: clean skin, nothing plastic, with the team's visual identity kept consistent.

The images include commercial usage rights for web, social, press and internal company materials, with no time limit. Pricing is from €120 per person, with a decreasing rate above a certain roster size; we send a fixed quote based on the number of people and whether you want one or several backgrounds.
