In a luxury shoot we plan the light hour by hour, work on a tripod with mixed lighting, attend to the styling of each room and edit with an editorial eye, as for an interiors magazine. Yes. For a huerta villa, drone is almost essential: it places the plot, the olive trees, the pool and the relationship with the landscape, something no ground-level shot conveys. For an Ensanche penthouse with views of the City of Arts, a cinematic twilight video has the most impact. We coordinate it respecting the drone-flight rules in each area and quote it within the project.

Absolutely. We work with total confidentiality: we don't publish images without permission, we sign an NDA if you need one, and we coordinate with the agent or owner the exact use the material will have. High-value properties are often marketed privately, and we respect that logic in the shoot, the delivery and the archiving.

Turnaround is 3 to 7 days for the full gallery, with the option to advance a key selection in 48 hours if there's an urgent presentation. Retouching is editorial-grade: exact colour correction, perfect verticals, removal of cables and sockets, control of reflections in glass and water, and sky replacement when it improves the whole.
