Luxury Granada: a carmen facing the Alhambra isn't a house, it's an object of desire
In Granada luxury has a very precise address: the Albaicín, with its walled carmenes that look straight at the Alhambra. A property like that isn't advertised, it's presented — and photography is the first gesture of that presentation, the one that separates an exceptional asset from one more listing.
The high-net-worth buyer isn't after square metres: they're after a story, a view that doesn't repeat, a Nasrid courtyard and a terrace where you watch it snow over Sierra Nevada with the red hill in the foreground. That narrative demands an image to match, restrained and cinematic, far from the generic catalogue.
I work each property as an editorial piece: considered composition, built light and a rhythm of shots that leads the eye from garden to drawing room, from tile to horizon. The result doesn't describe the house: it turns it into desire.
How a luxury property shoot is produced
Before shooting we visit the property and build a shot script: which rooms lead the story, which view is the signature, where the light is born at each hour. In an Albaicín carmen that usually means morning for courtyards and terraced gardens, and golden and blue hour for the terrace with the lit Alhambra.
The shoot blends architecture, interiors and atmosphere. I shoot on a tripod with perspective control, balance natural light with subtle support and tend to the styling of each space — fresh flowers, a set table, the water's reflection in the cistern. For an exceptional property I reserve a half or full day, unhurried.
If the project calls for it, we add cinematic video, an aerial drone shot over the Albaicín rooftops and the Alhambra's silhouette, or a tour that shows the property as an experience, not a spec sheet. All coordinated with your marketing team or agency.
Deliverables, usage and price
I deliver an editorially curated gallery in high resolution, in versions for premium portals, printed dossier and social, three to seven days after the shoot. Editing tends to colour, lines, window balance and fine cleanup, with a coherent finish across the whole series.
The images come with clear usage licensing for your agency and the owner: portals, website, sales dossier and property press. If you need exclusivity, extended uses or material for an international campaign, we define it in the quote.
Pricing is per project from €350 and scales with scope — number of rooms, full day, video and drone. I send a detailed proposal after seeing the property, with no surprises and every deliverable specified.

What our clients say
"The photos of our luxury properties are stunning. They help sell faster and clients arrive already in love with the house."
"Shoot of a sea-view penthouse, including drone shots at sunset. The difference from the previous agent's phone photos is night and day."
"Photos for our short-term rental flats. Airbnb bookings rose noticeably. We had to wait for an open slot in their calendar, but it was worth it."
