Luxury property photography — Granada

Time, judgement and intent. In luxury I don't document rooms: I build a visual narrative that sells a lifestyle. That means more hours at the property, careful styling, light worked at every hour of the day, detail and atmosphere shots, and often blue hour, video and drone. The goal isn't to inform, it's to provoke desire in a buyer who decides with their eyes before the calculator.

Yes, as project extras. Cinematic video shows the property in motion — the walk through the courtyards, light shifting on the terrace — and the drone gives the shot no street-level photo can: the Albaicín rooftops with the Alhambra behind. Note that drone flight in the historic centre needs permits and is planned ahead; we handle it within the quote where the airspace allows.

By default I deliver a broad licence for the sale or rental of the property: real-estate portals, the agency website, sales dossier, specialised press and social. If you need exclusivity against other agencies, advertising uses beyond the transaction or international distribution, we set it out in writing in the quote so everything is clear and protected for both you and the owner.

It's one of the signature shots of a luxury property in Granada. We schedule the terrace or view rooms for blue hour, just as the Alhambra lights up and the sky still holds a deep blue. We switch on the interior lights and I work an exposure that balances both worlds, so the image conveys exactly the experience of living facing the monument as night falls. It's almost always the dossier cover photo.
