We work with a magazine technique: careful compositions, exposure balanced between interior and views, detail of materials (marble, wood, water) and, where needed, light styling so each room breathes. The twilight shot of the infinity pool with the lights on and the sky still blue is usually the image that defines the listing.
The luxury package includes drone to place the villa against the sea and show plot and surroundings, cinematic video in vertical and horizontal, and the option of a 360º virtual tour. Everything is coordinated to deliver a coherent dossier, not loose photos: premium portals, own website, social and client presentations.
Delivery, usage rights and pricing
We deliver the full dossier —photography, twilight, drone and video— edited in high resolution within 3 to 7 days, in versions for premium portals, website, printed presentations and social, horizontal and vertical. For urgent launches we coordinate a fast first selection.
Images include a commercial usage licence for marketing the property by the agency or owner, with no time limit while it is for sale or rent. Retouching is editorial level: colour, verticals, reflection cleanup and, on request, sky replacement and virtual home staging for empty rooms.
