The high-end buyer — local, Latin American or Middle Eastern — decides with a trained eye and little time. They look at the herringbone oak floor, the ceiling height, the joinery, the mouldings, the view that opens from the terrace. The photography has to match that level.

How we produce a luxury property shoot
We start with a scouting visit or a floor plan to define the route: which rooms lead the listing, which materials deserve a close-up, at what time of day the light flatters each space. In properties like these, planning is half the result.
I shoot on a tripod, with quality optics and strict perspective control, blending exposures so the warm interior and the views show at once — Madrid's rooftops, La Moraleja's greenery, the terrace at sunset. I tend to the details that define the category: the grain of the wood, the bathroom marble, the hardware, the reflection on a polished surface.
If the home is empty or dated, we arrange a light home-staging or virtual staging so the buyer can project a life of standing in that space. And for the most exclusive properties we add blue-hour shots, cinematic video and, where regulation allows, aerial drone views.
Delivery, discretion and price
We deliver a high-resolution gallery in three to seven days, with files for premium portals, a printed dossier and private presentations. The finish is editorial: restrained colour, natural light respected, perfect perspectives — the visual language buyers in this segment expect.
Discretion is part of the service. Many luxury deals run privately, so we honour any confidentiality agreement on the property, the exact location and the owners, and can deliver material for closed channels alongside the public listing.
Pricing is per project and adjusts to the size of the home and the deliverables — blue hour, video, drone, staging, dossier. You receive a fixed quote after we see the property, with full commercial use of the images for sale, web and specialist press.
