The editing is more restrained and editorial, far from the saturated portal look. The result isn't measured in photo count but in the right buyer feeling, at first glance, that the property is at their level.

Yes, without reservation. A significant share of luxury in Madrid sells off the public portals, in private or off-market deals. We honour any confidentiality agreement on the exact address, the owners' identity and the listing itself; we can blur identifying references and deliver two versions of the material — one for closed channels and, if appropriate, one for public release. Client privacy is as much part of the service as the quality of the photo.

Yes, both options. Physical home-staging — adding textiles, plants, warm lighting and a few furniture pieces — works very well in classic Salamanca or Chamberí flats, where warmth sells. Virtual staging furnishes empty rooms digitally with a realistic finish and is ideal for new builds or when you'd rather not move furniture. In both cases the aim is for the buyer to imagine their life in the space without distorting the real proportions. We quote it as an extra according to scope.

The price is per project, not per photo, and is fixed after we see the property and the deliverables you want — photography, blue hour, video, drone, staging or printed dossier. The images include full commercial use for the sale: premium portals, the agency website, private presentations, specialist press and high-end print. If you later want to use them for another campaign or resale, just let us know; there's no hidden per-photo cost and no surprises at the end.
