How we work: art direction, twilight and drone

We plan the shoot like a production: we visit the property, define the route, mark the key shots and choose the light hours for each space. We take care of interior styling — fresh flowers, a set table, a lit fireplace — because in luxury the detail is the message.

We shoot wide-angle on a tripod with bracketed exposure for a flawless interior, and reserve the hero shots for blue hour: the twilight exterior, with the villa lit from within and the pool mirroring the sky, is the image that sells this segment.

We add a drone flight to show the plot, the seafront setting and the relationship with the Tramuntana landscape, always with an AESA permit. When fitting, we round it off with cinematic video and a high-end virtual tour.
