If you prefer a more editorial look, we use your own spaces — reception, the boardroom, the building facade in AZCA — for environmental portraits that tell what the company actually does. We also work in-studio when you want a flawless neutral background.
We agree the standard up front: same backdrop, same framing, same colour treatment, so adding a new hire six months from now slots in seamlessly. That consistency is what separates a professional directory from a collage of selfies.
Turnaround, delivery and price
On set each person either picks their frame on the spot or trusts our selection. We deliver edited headshots in both landscape and portrait, cropped for LinkedIn, the website and email signature, with unlimited commercial usage rights for the company.
Typical turnaround is three to five business days; for large teams we coordinate in batches. If you need the files same-day for an event or press release, we arrange that ahead of time.
Pricing is per project and scales with headcount — from around €120 per person for small teams, with a decreasing rate above a certain volume. We send a fixed quote based on number of employees, location, and whether you want studio or office.
