The most convenient option for teams is for us to come to you: we set up a portable kit with backdrop and professional lighting in one of your office rooms, and people come down in shifts without losing half a day. If you prefer a flawless studio background or a neutral space away from the daily routine, we book a studio in central Madrid. In both cases the result is identical in quality and consistency.

Each person spends five to ten minutes in front of the camera — enough to relax their posture, direct the expression and get several strong options. In a full day with the set assembled we comfortably cover 30 to 50 people, depending on pace and breaks. For larger headcounts we plan multiple slots or several days, and send you a shift schedule so nobody waits in line.

The company receives unlimited, perpetual commercial usage rights to the headshots: website, LinkedIn, internal materials, dossiers, press and corporate advertising. No expiry and no recurring fees. The photos are tied to the person and the company for professional use; the only usual limit is that they aren't resold to third parties as stock. We put this in writing in the quote so there are no doubts later.

We define a standard before we start and apply it to everyone: same focal length, same camera height, same lighting scheme, same backdrop and the same colour profile in editing. That's why a director and an intern are treated identically, and why we can add someone who joins months later without breaking the directory. We save each session's settings precisely to guarantee that continuity down the line.
