How we prepare and shoot the space
Before shooting we go over the styling: bed made with plain linen, surfaces cleared, a table set, a plant or a welcome touch. That care is what separates an amateur photo from an image that makes people want to stay. If needed, I send you a simple checklist so the flat is ready on the day.
I work with a tripod and Mediterranean natural light, which in Barcelona is soft and generous, balancing exposures so the interior stays bright without blowing out the balconies — you see the Eixample street, the inner courtyard, the beach or the terrace. I keep verticals straight and a controlled wide angle so the space reads spacious but real.
We cover everything the guest wants to see: living room, each bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms, balcony or terrace, and the details that sell the experience — the coffee machine, the views, the work corner, the hotel's common area. Where it adds value, we include sunset shots on terraces with views and a vertical video for the listing and social.
Delivery, usage and price
We deliver the edited gallery in three to seven days, with high-resolution files plus cropped, optimised versions for the Airbnb, Booking and your-website formats — so the cover looks perfect on both mobile and desktop. Ready to upload with no further editing.
The images are yours to use across all booking portals, social media, your own website and ads. For managers with several flats we work a consistent style across the whole catalogue, so the brand is recognisable from one listing to the next.
Pricing is per project ("from €150 por proyecto"), based on the size of the accommodation and the number of rooms; for portfolios of several flats we apply a batch rate. I send a fixed quote before the session, with deliverables spelled out and no per-photo charge.
