How we prep and shoot the place
We arrive with the light in our favour: in the old town and El Cabanyal, where streets are narrow, we choose the hour when each room lights best. Before shooting we tidy, style details —towels, cushions, a set breakfast table— and straighten verticals so the space reads clean and roomy.
Each room is shot with a controlled wide-angle lens and balanced exposure, so the interior and the window's natural light show without blowing out. We cover what sells a booking in Valencia: the terrace or balcony, the equipped kitchen, the well-kept bathroom and the design details that set the place apart from the competition.
If it adds value, we include a shot of the surroundings —the modernist façade, the street towards the Turia, the closeness to the beach—, warm-light twilight frames and a short vertical video for Instagram, Airbnb and the direct-booking website.
Delivery, usage and pricing
