Here you compete with hundreds of near-identical holiday flats. What lifts your bookings isn't dropping the price, it's conveying the experience better: the terrace with sea views, the morning light over the bed, how close the beach is. A bright, honest gallery is worth more than any discount.
We shoot so the guest already pictures themselves there: coffee on the terrace, sunset from the balcony, the two-minute walk to the sand. That projection is what turns a visit into a booking.
How we shoot your stay
We prepare each room as the guest will see it on arrival: beds dressed, towels folded, table set, no cables or personal items. We choose the hour with the best light —morning for sea-facing bedrooms, golden afternoon for terraces and areas by the port or marina— so everything looks warm and real.
We shoot with controlled wide-angle to show the space without misleading, balanced exposure so you see both the interior and the Mediterranean view through the window, and details that create desire: the coffee corner, the shower, the view from the bed. The perfect cover is usually the terrace or balcony with the sea behind.
We add what multiplies bookings on portals: a vertical reel for Airbnb and social, a sense of surroundings (distance to beach, port, the Explanada), and sunset shots when the stay has views that deserve them. All designed to stand out in the results grid.
Delivery, usage and pricing
We deliver the edited high-resolution gallery within 3 to 7 days, optimised for Booking, Airbnb and Vrbo (with the cover already selected), plus versions for your website and social, horizontal and vertical. For openings or rushed launches, we offer express delivery.
Images include a commercial usage licence to promote your stay across all portals, own website, ads and social, with no time limit. Retouching covers colour, straight verticals, interior-views balance and cleanup of small distractions; we add labels or room numbering if it helps you manage several apartments.
Pricing is per project depending on the size of the stay and the extras (reel, drone, sunset). Holiday apartment shoot from €150 per project; for hotels or several units we prepare a tailored quote the same day. Tell us square metres, number of rooms and whether you want video.
