Mallorca lives on accommodation: boutique hotels in central Palma, agroturismos in Tramuntana fincas, rural houses inland and thousands of holiday lets on the coast. They all compete on Booking, Airbnb and Expedia, where the first photo decides whether the traveller clicks or scrolls past.

Both the algorithm and the guest reward listings with professional images: better ranking, more views and a higher average rate. In a market as crowded as the Balearics, well-made photos are the investment that pays back fastest, because they cut empty nights in season.

How we work: prep, light and walkthrough

Before shooting we walk the property with you and get it ready: tight beds, folded towels, clear kitchen, plants in place. Good prep styling is half of a good interior photo.

We shoot wide-angle to show the space without exaggerated distortion, on a tripod with bracketed exposure to balance the interior against the window light. We schedule the key rooms — living room, master bedroom, terrace, pool — for the best light of the day and keep the exterior for golden hour.

We add an aerial of the terrace or pool by drone when the property shows it off, always with an AESA permit and flying within regulations.

Delivery, optimization, licensing and price

We deliver in 48-72h an edited gallery, with vertical correction and colour balance, ready for Booking, Airbnb, Expedia and your website. We suggest the recommended photo order and the cover image that tends to drive the most bookings.

Permanent commercial licence for all your sales channels and campaigns. From €300 per shoot depending on size and number of rooms; for multi-property portfolios or rental managers we apply a volume rate. Fixed quote once we know the property.
