In such a competitive scene, the first table a customer books is the photo they see on Instagram, Google or the menu.
A good food photo isn't just appetising: it conveys the venue's character, the kitchen's care and the reason it's worth crossing the city to sit there. The audience decides in seconds from a single image.
The work joins light, styling and pace: making each dish look at its best, without the restaurant's service stopping or the kitchen team losing their day.
How we shoot at your restaurant
Before the shoot we define the dish list and the use of each image: menu, website, Google, social, delivery platforms or advertising. We coordinate the plating order with the kitchen so each dish arrives freshly plated, at its peak, and we work with a food stylist if the project calls for it.
We preferably shoot with the venue's natural light — by an Eixample window, on a terrace, at the bar — because it gives the most appetising, real look. When the space is dark or service demands it, we set up portable studio lighting that mimics that light without altering the food's colour.
Beyond the dishes, we capture the atmosphere that sells the experience: the room, the bar, table details, the chef's hands plating and the full venue. That mix of product and atmosphere is what fills reservations, not just the close-up of the plate.
Delivery, rights and pricing
We deliver the edited images in a high-resolution digital gallery three to seven days later, with crops and formats ready for menu, website, Google, Instagram and delivery platforms. Retouching protects the food's real colour — no artificial tones that disappoint at the table.
Photos come with full commercial usage rights for the restaurant: menu, website, social, Google Business, advertising, delivery platforms and press, with no time limit or cap on publications. All the material is yours to use wherever you need it.
Pricing is per project and calculated on the number of dishes, whether we include ambience photos and whether a stylist is needed: from €150 per project, with a keener rate the larger the series. I send a fixed quote once I know how many dishes and what uses you need.
