The pre-wedding session is a warm rehearsal for what's coming: an afternoon to loosen up in front of the camera, discover your angles and reach the wedding day with no nerves, knowing the photos will turn out well. And along the way you get beautiful images for the invitations, the save the date or the reception screen.
Barcelona is a generous stage for this: in a single afternoon we move from Gaudí's colour and mosaic to the stone streets of the old town and, if you like, finish with your feet in the Mediterranean. It's a city that tells your story in three different tones without travelling far.
You don't need to know how to pose. I guide you with simple cues and set you walking, talking and laughing together — the best couple photos almost always happen between poses, when you forget I'm there.
The locations and how the afternoon flows
We pick two or three settings that combine and say something about you. Park Güell and the Gaudí backdrops on Passeig de Gràcia bring colour and a uniquely Barcelona feel; the Gothic Quarter and El Born offer narrow, romantic stone streets, best early when they're quiet; Parc de la Ciutadella adds greenery and soft light; and the Bunkers del Carmel give a panorama of the whole city at sunset.
If you love the Mediterranean mood, we close at Bogatell beach or Barceloneta, with golden sand and open sky. We chain the locations by metro or a short car ride, since almost everything is ten to thirty minutes away.
The afternoon lasts between ninety minutes and two hours, with time for one outfit change. We start with guided poses and soon shift to walking and interacting, which is where the genuine gestures appear. I show you the camera along the way so you see how it's turning out.
When, what's included and price
Ideally the pre-wedding is done two to six months before the wedding, with room to have the photos ready for invitations or a save the date. In Barcelona we shoot all year, but spring and early autumn give the most comfortable light and temperature. The golden hour at sunset is the best moment; in summer, sunrise is better to avoid heat and crowds.
The session includes pre-shoot planning with location and wardrobe choices, up to two hours of shooting with one outfit change, pose direction throughout, and a final gallery of carefully edited high-resolution photos.
The price starts from €190 and the gallery is delivered within 5 to 10 days, ready to share and print. It can be extended with a third location, more time, hair and make-up or a short video clip — we quote that to your measure at booking.
