Why accommodation photography in Ibiza

Every summer Ibiza welcomes millions of travellers who book their accommodation on Airbnb, Booking and luxury villa portals months before arriving. In a destination with so much supply, the cover photo is what decides whether your villa, agroturismo or boutique hotel shows up in results or gets lost among hundreds of listings.

A well-photographed property raises its conversion rate, justifies a higher nightly price and reduces cancellations because the guest gets exactly what they expected. In Ibiza's premium segment, where a villa can cost thousands of euros a week, images aren't an expense: they're the main sales tool.

How we prepare and shoot the space

Before shooting we stage each room as the guest will see it: made beds, folded towels, a table set on the terrace and a few details that convey the experience — a cocktail by the pool, fresh fruit, the parasol open. We sell holidays, not square metres.

We shoot with a wide-angle and bracketed exposure to balance interior and exterior light, schedule each space by its orientation and reserve the pool and terraces for the golden hour, when Ibiza gives its best light. For villas with sea views or sunsets over Es Vedrà we add a drone with an AESA permit.

Twilight is key in luxury accommodation: the villa lit at dusk, pool glowing and sky still blue, is the image that drives bookings and lets you raise the nightly rate.

Delivery, formats, licensing and price

We deliver in 3-7 days an edited gallery optimised for Airbnb, Booking, your website and the villa portals, with vertical and horizontal crops ready for each platform and for social. The photo order is designed to guide the guest through the space.

A full usage licence for all your marketing and promotion channels for as long as you manage the property. From €200 per project depending on the property's size; twilight, drone and a short video for Reels are quoted as extras. For managers with several properties we offer a volume rate and seasonal refreshes.
