Can you come to our Palma office for the headshots?

Yes, it's our most common format. We bring backdrop, lights and all gear to your office in central Palma, Parc Bit, Portals or anywhere on the island. We only need a room of about 3x4 meters and a power socket. Each employee spends 5-10 minutes in front of the camera, so the rest of the team barely notices the interruption.

How do you make the whole team look consistent?

We use a fixed setup: same backdrop, same camera distance, same lens height and the exact same lighting for everyone. In editing we apply the same color profile, the same crop and the same retouching level. The result is a coherent grid of headshots for the company website, ideal when they're all seen together on a team page.

How much is it per person and is there a discount for large teams?

It starts from around €120 per person and includes 2-4 final retouched headshots. The per-person price drops with team size: for a staff of 15-30 the unit cost is considerably lower than for 3-4. We give you a fixed quote based on headcount and whether the session is at your office or an external space.

What if we hire someone new after the session?

We store the exact parameters of your session —backdrop, light, framing and editing profile— so we can reproduce them. When you add someone, we return for a short session and deliver their headshot matching the rest of the team, with no visible difference on the company page. It's a one-off service quoted per person.

In studio or a neutral space: if your office has no room, we set up in a Palma coworking space or a hotel room booked by the hour. Useful when the team is spread out and you want to gather everyone in one place within a set window.

Natural-light setup: for a warmer, less formal image —common in startups, design studios and creative consultancies— we work next to a large window or in an interior courtyard. The result stays consistent across people, but with a more human finish than the classic grey backdrop.

Turnaround, deliverables and pricing

Pricing from ~€120 per person, with team discounts: the larger the staff, the lower the per-unit cost. A typical office session covers 8 to 30 people in a single day. Ask us for a fixed quote by team size before booking.

Each person receives 2 to 4 final retouched headshots (skin, background, uniform framing), delivered in high resolution for print and in a cropped version optimized for LinkedIn, website and email signature. We keep one color profile and crop for the whole team.

Delivery in 3-7 business days via a downloadable private gallery. If you add new staff later, we rebuild the same setup with identical light and backdrop so the new photos match the rest of the team with no visible difference.
