Do you charge by the hour or per full event?

The base is hourly, from €150, with a minimum booking. For full-day events, multi-day conferences or coverage with a second photographer, we prepare a fixed package that usually works out better than adding loose hours. Tell us the run sheet and expected duration and we give you the best-fitting format.

Can you give us some photos on the event day itself?

Yes. For events with press or social presence we include a quick selection of key frames edited against the clock and delivered the same day or the next morning, while the rest of the gallery is processed at a calmer pace. We just need to know at booking so we can reserve on-the-fly editing time.

Do you work with available light or use flash?

We prioritise available light to keep the room's atmosphere intact, especially in speeches, concerts or dinners with careful lighting. When the light drops too far, we use bounced flash discreetly, without firing into guests' faces or breaking the mood. The aim is for the photos to feel lived, not staged.

What if the event runs longer than planned?

No problem. If the day runs long, we keep going and bill the extra hours at the rate agreed in advance, with no surprises. We discuss it on the spot with the event lead so you can decide whether it's worth staying to the close or stopping at a set point. The additional-hour rate is fixed at booking.

How we cover your event

Before the day we go through the run sheet with you: guest arrival time, the key moments that can't be missed — speeches, awards, ribbon cuttings, group photos — and the people or sponsors who must be well captured. With that road map we move with intent and don't chase moments: we anticipate them.

We work with available light whenever possible to keep the real atmosphere of the room, and use discreet flash only when the light isn't enough. In Granada's distinctive venues — a historic hall, a terrace overlooking the Alhambra, an Albaicín patio — we use the architecture as part of the visual narrative.

If the event is long or has parallel rooms, we propose a second photographer or extend the hours. We can also deliver a first selection the same day so the event's communications or social channels can post without waiting.

Hours, delivery and pricing

Event coverage is billed by the hour, from €150, with a usual minimum and an additional-hour rate that we agree according to the expected duration. For full days, multi-day conferences or events with a second photographer, we prepare a fixed bespoke quote.

We deliver the full edited gallery within 3 to 7 business days, in high resolution and in a web- and social-optimised version. If you need images the same day for press or communications, we include a quick selection of the key frames at no extra cost.

The photos come with a commercial usage licence for the organiser: event records, website, social, press, sponsor dossier and internal communications. We specify it at booking so there's no doubt about the scope.
