Luxury property photography — Barcelona

There's no square-metre limit: I work from two-hundred-metre penthouses to villas with garden and pool in the upper city. The difference from a standard shoot is pace: in luxury I spend more time on each room, wait for the exact light and care for detail, so a large property can take half a day or a full day, sometimes with the exterior blue-hour shot at the end. I confirm the duration once I see the plan and discuss the scope.

Yes, they're the extras that most elevate a luxury property. Drone places the villa or penthouse in its setting — the sea, the upper city, the skyline — where Barcelona's flight regulation allows, and I handle permits when needed. Cinematic video moves through the home with camera motion for dossiers and campaigns. And blue hour turns terraces and façades into cover images. We combine them to suit the property and I quote them within the project.

I deliver in three to seven days, with high-end retouching included: sensor and reflection clean-up, light balance between interior and views, faithful colour and, when needed, sky replacement or light relighting for blue hour. For dossiers and urgent campaigns I can prioritise a selection. The finish is what the segment expects — clean, warm and believable — without that artificial editing that gives away an over-retouched photo.

Yes, confidentiality is part of the job. I coordinate access with the agency or owner, respect discreet schedules and, if asked, sign a non-disclosure agreement. The images are not published or used in my portfolio without express authorisation, and the property's address or details are never shared. In the luxury segment, that peace of mind matters as much as photo quality.
