Barcelona plays in your favour: Gaudí's architecture and modernism give a stamp no other market has, the sea reaches many terraces, and the city blends heritage with contemporary design. An exceptional property deserves images that match it, not an ordinary estate-agent shoot.
I work with premium agencies, high-end developers and private owners who understand that, in this segment, the image is the first negotiation. The international buyer decides whether to fly in to see it based on what they see on screen.
How we shoot a luxury property
We start with a set-up: the property must be flawless, with careful home staging, fresh flowers, a dressed table, every cushion in place. I visit beforehand or review photos to plan angles, flow and the light hour for each room. Nothing is improvised in this segment: each frame is conceived like a magazine page.
I shoot with a tripod and blended exposures for a clean, bright finish, straight verticals and faithful colour. I alternate the wide shot that sells the space with the detail that conveys quality — the marble, the joinery of a modernist flat, the designer tap, the view framed by the balcony. The interior design and architecture are respected, not distorted.
Terraces, penthouses and villas come alive at sunset and blue hour, with the city or the sea behind and the lights on. Where regulation allows, we add drone to place the property in its setting — the upper city, the coastline, the Barcelona skyline — and cinematic video for premium presentations.
Deliverables, usage and price
We deliver a gallery with high-end retouching in three to seven days: high-resolution files for the dossier, premium portals and press, plus an optimised version for web and social. Each image goes through careful editing — clean-up, colour, light balance — fit for material that represents a six- or seven-figure property.
The shoot serves the listing, the printed sales dossier, the development's website and international media campaigns. We define usage rights in writing according to scope — agency, portals, advertising — with no small print. Discretion is part of the service: if the owner asks, we treat the property with the confidentiality it deserves.
Pricing is per project ("from €350 por proyecto"), based on square metres, number of rooms and extras: blue hour, drone, cinematic video, floor plan and virtual tour. I prepare a fixed proposal with deliverables spelled out before we start, matching what's being sold.
