Barcelona is one of Spain's fashion cities, with agencies, brands and an active creative scene, which makes it an ideal place to build or refresh your book. The variety of settings — modernism, medieval stone, sea, contemporary street — lets you show several registers in a single day, without looking like you repeat the same backdrop.
I work with models just starting out who need their first book, and with profiles who already have an agency and want to update material or add stronger editorial images. The goal is always the same: your portfolio working for you.
What the book includes and how we work
A complete book needs clear variety: digitals or polaroids — clean natural-light photos, no heavy make-up, which agencies ask for to see your real look — plus a run of editorial and commercial images that prove you can move and express. Before the session we define which agencies or castings you're after, because that sets the tone.
We use Barcelona's different textures in a single day: the modernist elegance of Passeig de Gràcia for a polished commercial look, the stone and shadow of the Barri Gòtic for something editorial and raw, the sea light of Barceloneta for bright naturalness, and studio when you want a neutral backdrop and flawless digitals.
I direct you throughout — pose, gaze, angle, gesture — because most models starting out don't yet know how to place themselves, and that's exactly my job. We chase range: serious face and smile, full body and close-up, movement and stillness. If the concept calls for it, we add styling and make-up to the team.
Delivery, rights and price
We deliver a selection of images with clean retouching in three to seven days: high-resolution files for agencies and print, plus optimised versions for your online profile and social. The digitals I deliver with minimal, honest retouching — agencies want to see your real skin and look, not an idealised version.
The photos are yours for personal and promotional use: sending to agencies, putting yourself forward for castings, feeding your professional Instagram and your setcard. If a brand wants to use images from the session commercially, we define that licence separately and in writing.
The portfolio is quoted per project, based on the number of looks, locations and whether we add styling and make-up. I send a fixed proposal before the session, with deliverables spelled out and no per-photo charge, designed for the stage of your career you're at.
