The market here is international —buyers from northern Europe, second homes, holiday-rental investment— and they all decide on a screen before booking a flight. Clean, bright, well-framed images are the difference between a viewing and a listing scrolled straight past.
We don't photograph walls: we photograph the life that fits into the space. The terrace looking over El Postiguet, the morning light coming in, the real distance to the port. That is what makes a buyer write to you.
How we shoot the property
Before shooting we prepare the property: we straighten verticals, declutter, open curtains and choose the time of day when each room gets its best light. In seafront apartments and Costa Blanca villas the sun comes in very differently morning and afternoon, and we use that to the listing's advantage.
Each space is shot with a controlled wide-angle lens —wide but without misleading distortion— and balanced exposure so you see both the interior and the sea view through the window, not a blown-out white square. Terraces, pool and surroundings are covered to tell the whole property.
When it adds value, we include twilight shots with the lights on and the sky still blue, a vertical walkthrough video for portals and social, a drone frame to place the villa against the coast, and an overhead plan or 360º tour for larger homes.
Delivery, usage and pricing
We deliver the edited high-resolution gallery within 3 to 7 days, ready for portals (Idealista, Fotocasa, Kyero), agency website and social, in both horizontal and vertical versions. If you need to publish fast, we offer 48-hour express delivery.
Images come with a commercial usage licence for the sale or rental of that property: listing, website, brochures and social media, with no time limit while the property is on the books. Retouching includes colour correction, straight verticals and cleanup of small defects; a grey sky can be replaced with a clear one on request.
Pricing is per project and depends on the size of the property and the extras (twilight, video, drone, floor plan). Interior photography from €150 per project; send us the square metres and location and we confirm a fixed quote the same day, with no surprises.
