It depends on the size. For an apartment up to 80 m² we usually deliver 15 to 20 images; for a home of 80 to 150 m², between 25 and 35; and for a Costa Blanca villa with terraces, pool and garden, 40 and up, including exteriors and surroundings. We don't pad the gallery with repeats: each photo shows something new about the property. Tell us the square metres and number of rooms and we lock the exact count and price before the shoot.

The standard turnaround is 3 to 7 days from the shoot, with every image edited, verticals straight and colour corrected. If you need to publish the listing as soon as possible —say, to catch a buyer already asking— we offer 48-hour express delivery for a small surcharge. We send the gallery in high resolution and in a portal-optimised version, ready to upload without touching anything.

Yes, and for Costa Blanca villas with a pool or apartments with sea views they're often the hero image of the listing. We shoot at blue hour, just after sunset, with interior and exterior lights on and the sky still holding colour: the property looks warm, lived-in and magazine-worthy. It's a shot that stands out instantly among dozens of flat listings. If the property warrants it, we recommend including at least one twilight photo of the façade or terrace.

Ideally the home arrives clean and as clutter-free as possible —no personal items in view, empty worktops, beds made—; that multiplies the result. From there we handle the fine tuning: opening curtains, aligning chairs, removing small distractions and choosing the angles that flatter each room.
