Pregnancy lasts a few months and that silhouette doesn't come back. These photos keep the wait at its most beautiful: the curve of the belly, the gesture of hands protecting it, the gaze already dreaming of the baby to come.
I work with delicacy and no forced posing. The idea is for you to feel beautiful and comfortable, in your body and your moment, while I capture the natural elegance of motherhood with the warm light behind you.
Where we shoot and how I guide you
Postiguet beach at sunset is the star location: the belly's silhouette against the golden sky, bare feet in the sand, a flowing dress moving with the breeze. The soft end-of-day light is hugely flattering and gives a warm, cinematic mood.
If you'd rather a more urban, elegant feel, the Explanada de España lends its tall palms and marble mosaic, and the port adds water and reflections. For something intimate and charming, the white streets of Santa Cruz work beautifully. The partner can join, and if there are older siblings, them too.
You don't need to know how to pose. I guide you with simple, gentle cues — how to place your hands, which way to turn, where to look — designed to enhance the silhouette and make you feel flattered. We go calmly, with rests, and I let the spontaneous gestures between you and your partner come out too.
When to do it, duration, delivery and price
The best time for the maternity session is between weeks 28 and 34, when the bump already looks lovely and round but you still move comfortably. Alicante's warm climate allows sessions almost all year; the best light arrives in late spring and early autumn, and the golden hour at sunset is always the most flattering. In summer we pick early morning to avoid the heat.
The session lasts between an hour and an hour and a half, a calm pace with breaks to rest whenever you need. You receive a digital gallery of edited high-resolution photos, ready to share and print, within five to ten days.
The maternity session starts from €190. If you'd like to include your partner and older siblings, a second outfit change or a package pairing it with the future newborn session, we adjust it to your measure at booking.
