Fine Art prints / Limited edition — Barcelona

A normal shop copy is printed fast, on standard photo paper and with inks that can fade in a few years. A fine art print uses archival papers — cotton or baryta — and high-longevity pigment inks that last decades without losing colour. On top of that, each image is prepared individually for that specific paper, taking care of colour, contrast and detail. The result is a piece with depth, texture and the presence of a work of art, meant to live on a wall, not be kept in a drawer.

Both. If you've done a session with me in Barcelona, we can take your favourite image to a fine art print as a wall piece — it's the natural way to close a session that deserves more than a screen. And if what you want is an iconic view of the city, there's a catalogue of Barcelona images available as a limited edition. In both cases I prepare the file specifically for printing and choose paper and size with you.

It means that for each image, in each size, only a controlled number of copies is printed, and each one carries its number (for example, 3 of 25). It's not an unlimited poster reproduction: the run is finite, which gives the piece collector's value and makes it more special over time. When an edition sells out, it isn't reprinted in that size. It's the difference between owning a copy and owning a work.

Whichever you prefer. You can receive just the print, ideal if you already have a frame or want to choose it yourself, or order it mounted and framed ready to hang. In that case I advise on frame type, mat and mounting based on the image and where it will go. The framed option takes a little longer and is quoted separately, so we decide it when closing the order along with size and paper.
