For team headshots, consistency is everything: the same camera height, framing, colour temperature and backdrop for every person, so the full gallery reads as one coherent series on the website. Each person spends only a few minutes in front of the camera; we direct posture, shoulders and gaze so that even someone who hates photos comes out natural.

If you need it, we shoot a couple of variants per person — one more formal on a neutral backdrop and one a touch more relaxed — so each individual can pick the frame that best fits their role and your brand.

Delivery, rights and pricing

Individual corporate headshots start from €120 per person, with a sliding rate for larger teams that we quote according to head count and setup time. The session includes posing direction, a studio backdrop or a set at your premises, and professional skin and clothing retouching, with no hidden surcharges.

We deliver the edited high-resolution images within 3 to 7 business days through an online gallery, in a format ready for web and social, plus a square LinkedIn crop. Each person receives their own selected and retouched frames.

The photos come with a commercial usage licence for the company: corporate website, professional profiles, press releases, presentations and internal material. If you later add someone to the team, we come back to keep the same style so the gallery stays consistent.
