Yes, that's the norm. We set the kit up in your office and run short slots of a few minutes per person, so a team of ten or fifteen is handled in one morning without stopping work. For larger headcounts we plan time bands by department. I just need a rough number of people to budget the time and keep the flow moving.

I lock one technical scheme before we start: same focal length, same camera height, same background and same lighting setup. Each person stands on the same mark and is processed with the same edit profile, so skin tone, contrast and framing match from one photo to the next. The result is a team page that looks designed, not improvised. If someone new joins later, I replicate the set so their portrait fits the rest.

Standard delivery is three to five working days: a digital gallery with the portraits in high resolution, already edited and cropped for profiles. Each person can pick their favourite frame if you prefer it that way. When there's a tight launch date —a new website, an investment round, a trade fair— we offer express delivery agreed in advance so you have the images on time.

The safest bet is plain, solid colours in mid or muted tones, avoiding loud patterns, large logos and thin stripes that shimmer on camera. If the company has a brand colour code, we use it to reinforce the identity. Before the session I send a short guide on what works and what to avoid, and if you want to unify the team's look —same tonal range, same level of formality— we coordinate it so the set is even more cohesive.
