Each person spends a few minutes in front of the camera. I guide you with simple cues on posture, shoulders and gaze so you never have to think about how to stand; my job is to make you look like the best version of yourself, not a mannequin. We check a couple of frames on screen to confirm we're on track.
To make the whole team match, I lock the framing, distance, background and lighting scheme in advance and keep them identical from person to person. That way, when the photos sit together on the team page, they read as one set rather than a collection of loose styles.
Delivery, rights and pricing
You receive a digital gallery with the portraits edited in high resolution, also cropped to a square format for profiles, and usually delivered within three to five working days. If the company needs them sooner for a launch or a press release, we can speed delivery up.
The licence is full commercial use: corporate website, LinkedIn, press, presentations and marketing materials, with no per-use fee and no expiry. The photos are yours to use wherever they're needed.
Pricing starts from around €120 per person, with the rate dropping as the team grows. I send a fixed quote based on the number of people and the session location before you book, with no surprises.
