Do you offer floor plans, virtual tours and drone?

Yes, as add-ons to the photo shoot. We fly the drone with an AESA permit within regulations, and the floor plan and virtual tour are delivered together with the photos for a complete listing.

The vast majority of buyers start their search online, and photo quality decides which listings get clicked and which get ignored.

A flat in Palma, a house in an inland village or a seafront apartment sell faster and better when the photos show the space with light, order and true proportions. How we work: wide-angle, light and accurate layout

We shoot with a wide-angle lens on a tripod using bracketed exposure so the interior and the windows are both well exposed at once, without blowing out the sky or darkening the rooms. We correct the verticals so walls come out straight and the space reads true to life.

Before each frame we tidy the essentials and choose the angles that best explain the home's layout. We schedule rooms by their orientation to make the most of natural light and reinforce with flash when needed.

We add aerial drone shots for plots, penthouses and properties with views, always with an AESA permit, and we offer a floor plan and virtual tour when the agency wants a complete listing.

Usage licence to market the property across all your channels (portals, website, social, printed dossier) for the duration of the sales mandate. From €150 per property depending on size and number of rooms; drone, floor plan or virtual tour are quoted as extras. For agencies with continuous flow we offer volume agreements.
