Sometimes a controlled indoor space is exactly what a shoot needs — newborns, products, headshots and editorial looks often work best with studio lighting and clean backdrops. A studio also removes the weather from the equation, which matters more in a Bilbao November than on a Málaga morning.

These pages list real rental studios city by city. Every name, address, rate and piece of kit is copied from the studio's own website and stamped with the date we checked it — there is no ranking, no star rating and no paid placement, and we do not take a cut of what you book with them. Rates move, so treat a published price as a starting point and confirm it with the studio.

Most of our own sessions still happen on location: outdoors, at your hotel or Airbnb, or in the corners of the city that give a photo a sense of place. A studio gives you consistency; the street and the coast give you atmosphere.
