Why real estate photography in Ibiza

Ibiza has one of the most international and highest value-per-square-metre markets in Spain. Buyers and tenants come from across Europe and decide online — on Idealista, Fotocasa, Kyero and luxury portals — before setting foot on the island. The first photo is what separates a villa that gets enquiries from one that sits idle.

A whitewashed house in San José, a penthouse in Marina Botafoch or a payés finca near Santa Gertrudis sell and let better when the images convey light, openness and that Mediterranean character buyers look for in Ibiza. For an agency, professional photography means more qualified viewings, less time on the books and a brand worthy of the asking price.

How we work: wide-angle, light, drone and twilight

We shoot with a wide-angle lens on a tripod using bracketed exposure so the interior and windows are both well exposed at once, without blowing out the Ibiza sky or darkening the rooms. We correct verticals so walls come out straight and the space reads true to life.

We schedule each room by its orientation to make the most of natural light, and reserve pools, terraces and porches for the golden hour, when the island gives its best colour. For villas with sea or Es Vedrà views we add aerial drone shots, always with an AESA permit.

Twilight is our signature frame: the façade and pool lit while the sky is still blue sells a luxury villa like no other image. We also offer a floor plan and virtual tour when the agency wants a complete listing.

Delivery, formats, licensing and price

We deliver in 3-7 days an edited gallery optimised for the portals, in the resolution and ratio Idealista, Fotocasa, Kyero and your property CRM require. The photo order comes ready to publish straight away, with no re-editing.

We include a usage licence to market the property across all your channels (portals, website, social, printed dossier) for the duration of the mandate. From €180 per project depending on size and number of rooms; twilight, drone, floor plan or virtual tour are quoted as extras. For agencies with continuous flow we offer volume agreements.
