How many photos do you deliver per session and how long does the visit take?

The number of photos depends on size: a two-bedroom flat gets 15 to 20 images; a house with a courtyard, staircase, terrace and garage can reach 35 to 40. The visit runs two to three hours depending on the rooms, always with enough time to wait for the ideal light in each space and not rush.

How soon will I have the photos ready to publish?

Standard delivery is three to seven days after the shoot. If you're in a hurry to get the listing out, I can offer priority delivery of a selection within twenty-four to forty-eight hours; let me know at booking so I keep the editing slot reserved.

Do you do twilight or blue-hour shots of the façade and rooftop?

Yes. In Seville twilight works especially well for cortijos with a pool, houses with a south-facing façade and penthouses with a terrace toward the Giralda or the river. We schedule that shot at the end of the session, at blue hour just after sunset, combining the interior lights on with the sky still holding colour. It's a highly recommended extra for mid-to-high range properties.

How we shoot the property

We arrive with the daylight in our favour. In Seville the morning drops through the courtyards and the afternoon warms the south-facing façades; we organise the order of rooms by orientation to make the most of each window of light. We shoot on a tripod with real-perspective lenses, without the exaggerated wide angle that makes flats look bigger than they are and then disappoints the visitor.

Each space is composed to convey volume and character: ceiling heights, exposed beams, ceramic skirting, planted patios, kitchens with overhead light. We straighten verticals, balance windows so the street or garden shows without burning out the interior, and clean small distractions the eye misses but the camera catches.

For penthouses with terraces, houses with pools or properties where orientation and views are a selling point, we add a twilight shot at the end of the session. The façade and exterior lit while the sky is still blue multiply the visual impact of the listing and get shared on their own across social media.

Turnaround, deliverables and price

The shoot runs two to three hours depending on the number of rooms and whether we include the twilight shot. I deliver the edited high-resolution images three to seven days later, optimised for Idealista and Fotocasa in horizontal format and with vertical crops for Instagram and WhatsApp. The order comes ready so you can publish the listing straight away with no further editing.

Editing includes perspective correction, window balancing so the street or patio shows without burning out the exterior, warm natural colour in keeping with the Sevillian home's character, and removal of small distractions. If you need it we add exterior façade photography, neighbourhood surroundings (Triana, Santa Cruz, Los Remedios) or a walkthrough video for premium listings.

Pricing is per project from €150 by square metres and deliverables. The twilight shot, a common-areas reportage or material for a full development are quoted separately at booking. Everything clear from the start, no surprises.
