Granada sells the view: the Alhambra is your best argument
In Granada the square metre is valued differently when the Alhambra is in the window. A carmen in the Albaicín, a penthouse with the red hill framed or a refurbished flat near the cathedral don't sell on floor plans: they sell on the image the buyer can't stop looking at.
The Granada market mixes historic houses with courtyards, holiday apartments and new builds with terraces toward Sierra Nevada. In every case, listings with professional photography get more views, hold attention and close faster. The photo doesn't decorate the listing: it makes it work.
My job is to show the space honestly and desirably at once: straight lines, balanced light and that view which turns a virtual visit into a call to see it in person.
How I shoot a property, from plan to detail
I arrive with the light in my favour. In Albaicín carmenes and houses the morning draws the courtyards; for penthouses facing the Alhambra we keep late afternoon, when the hill lights up. I walk the property first to decide the order of rooms as the sun enters.
I shoot on a tripod with lenses that respect perspective, without the distorting wide angle that inflates rooms and then disappoints at the viewing. Each space is composed to convey its real volume: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, courtyard and terrace, plus the details that add value — the tile, the exposed beam, the fireplace, the floor ceramics.
When the property has a view, that's the star. I balance the exposure so the interior shows and, at the same time, the Alhambra or the Albaicín through the window. If it fits, we add a twilight shot that multiplies the listing's appeal.
Turnaround, deliverables and price
The shoot runs two to three hours depending on size and whether we include a twilight shot. I deliver the edited high-resolution images three to seven days later, with horizontal versions for property portals and vertical crops for social and messaging.
Editing includes line and perspective correction, window balancing so the view shows, natural colour and removal of small distractions. If you need it, we add a façade shot, surroundings (Albaicín lanes, proximity to the cathedral) or a short walkthrough video for premium listings.
Pricing is per project from €150, by square metres and deliverables. The twilight shot, a building's common-area reportage or material for a full development are quoted separately at booking, with everything clear from the start.

What our clients say
"The photos of our luxury properties are stunning. They help sell faster and clients arrive already in love with the house."
"Shoot of a sea-view penthouse, including drone shots at sunset. The difference from the previous agent's phone photos is night and day."
"Photos for our short-term rental flats. Airbnb bookings rose noticeably. We had to wait for an open slot in their calendar, but it was worth it."
