Mallorca lends the perfect stage: cliffs dropping into the sea, golden-stone villages and a warm light that makes everything look like cinema. It isn't the party island — it's the island of scenery that never dates, a backdrop still beautiful when you show these photos thirty years from now.
You only think about the words. Everything else — the place, the light, the angle, the exact moment — is on us.
How a surprise proposal shoot works
Before the day we settle the essentials in a message: the time, where you'll arrive from, and a small signal — taking off your sunglasses, reaching into a pocket — that tells me the moment has come. Your partner won't notice a thing.
I arrive early, set up at a distance with a long lens, and blend in with any tourist admiring the view. By the time you give the signal I'm already shooting. No poses, no glances at the camera — just the two of you and what truly happens.
After the yes I step out to say hello and, if you'd like, we do a relaxed twenty- or thirty-minute mini-session nearby, ring already on and nerves dissolved into laughter. That way you get both: the stolen instant and a set of beautiful portraits to remember it by.
Where, when and what you receive
Every couple has its place. Sa Foradada, in Deià, gives the drama of the pierced rock over the sea at sunset. Cap de Formentor offers an effortless panoramic view, perfect if you want elegance and openness. Valldemossa wraps the proposal in ochre stone lanes and lamplight, more intimate and urban. And a quiet southern cove brings turquoise water and golden sand for something barefoot and bright.
Light leads. The golden hour just before sunset is the magic window; in summer sunrise works just as well, when the locations are empty. Spring and early autumn give the best balance of clear skies, mild temperatures and calm.
You receive a digital gallery of carefully edited high-resolution photos, delivered within a few days and ready to share or print. The basic proposal covers the moment itself and a short couple session; if you'd like to extend it with more time, a second location, video or an arrival by boat, we tailor that with you at booking.
