Whatever's most convenient for you. Many people courier the products to the studio, we photograph them and return them carefully after the session. If items are delicate, fragile or high-value, you can bring them in person or we arrange a pickup. For large catalogues we give you guidance on how to send and group them so production is smooth. In all cases we handle each product with the same care as in a store.

We decide based on what you sell for. A basic e-commerce listing usually needs three to five shots: front view, side, detail of texture or label and one in use. If you sell on marketplaces with specific requirements, we adjust to their standard. And if you want lifestyle imagery for social, we add set and prop shots. In the quote we fix the number of shots per product so you know exactly what you get and there are no surprises.

Yes. For catalogue listings we deliver the product cleanly cut out on pure white or transparent PNG background, ready to upload to your store, marketplaces or an e-commerce template. We make sure shadows are consistent and the product colour is true to life, which is what reduces returns. If you also want lifestyle versions with a background, we deliver those separately. All retouched and in the sizes your platform needs.

The price is per project and built on the number of products and the number of shots per product, plus extras like a lifestyle set or styling. That's why photographing twenty items in one session works out much better per unit than three loose ones: the setup cost is spread. We deliver the edited and cut-out images in three to seven days depending on volume, and for large catalogues we can deliver in batches. We send a fixed quote as soon as we know the product list.
