A studio or one-bedroom usually lands at twenty-five to thirty-five final images; a larger flat or one with a terrace, forty to fifty. I don't sell by photo count but by full coverage of the space: I deliver every shot that tells the stay well, with no filler. The edited gallery arrives in three to seven days, and if you have an imminent check-in I can prioritise a quick selection within forty-eight hours.

Ideally it arrives clean with ironed bedding and towels; that's the one thing I can't improvise. The rest of the fine tidying — smoothing beds, hiding cables, squaring cushions, clearing counters, emptying bins — I do on arrival, before each shot. If you like, I send a short prep checklist in advance, and for empty or new-build flats we can arrange a light home-staging with plants, textiles and props that add warmth without blowing the budget.

Yes, and in Madrid they tend to be the shots that convert best. A terrace at dusk with Gran Vía lit up, or a rooftop with the tiled roofs and a sky on fire during blue hour, give your listing an argument the competition lacks. I plan them for the right window of day — the golden just before sunset or the deep blue twenty minutes after — and work them with blended exposures so both the warm interior and the city lights show.
