Granada for boutique hotels and stays with soul
In Granada a stay doesn't sell on the bed: it sells on the window that frames the Alhambra, on the tiled Albaicín courtyard, on the terrace where you watch it snow over Sierra Nevada. Your job is to turn that character into images that make people book before they read the price.
A carmen overlooking the red hill, a riad reborn in the heart of the Moorish quarter or a bright apartment near the cathedral all compete in the same screen grid. Photography draws the line: careful light, framing that conveys space and a visual story the guest recognises on arrival.
I shoot so expectation and reality match. No cheating wide angle, no impossible colours — just your stay at its honest best, ready for Booking, Airbnb and your own site.
How the shoot runs, room by room
We start with the light. In Albaicín carmenes and houses the best hour is usually morning, when the sun slips in sideways and draws the courtyards; terraces facing the Alhambra ask for late afternoon, when the hill turns gold. We plan the route following the sun so every space is shot at its best.
Before shooting, we dress each room: tight beds, folded towels, a water jug, fruit or flowers that add life without clutter. I work on a tripod with measured exposures so windows don't blow out and the outside stays visible — that view of the Alhambra or the Albaicín is half the booking.
We cover the essentials — façade and entrance, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen or common areas, courtyard and terrace — and add the details that tell the story: the Nasrid tile, breakfast on the terrace, afternoon light on whitewashed walls. If the place has its own mirador, that's the cover shot.
Turnaround, delivery and price
A typical stay shoot runs two to four hours depending on the number of rooms and whether we include a terrace at sunset. You receive the edited high-resolution images three to seven days later, with horizontal framing for booking portals and verticals for Instagram and stories.
Delivery includes corrected colour and perspective, balanced windows and, where needed, sky retouching on exterior views. I hand over a gallery ready to upload straight to Booking, Airbnb or your site, ordered so the first photo is the one that books the most.
Pricing is per project from €150, scaled to the number of rooms and deliverables. If you want to add a food detail shot, night photos with the lit Alhambra behind or a short reel for social, we quote it at booking, with no surprises.
