Do I need a styling and makeup team or can I come alone?

Both options are valid. For a simple portfolio or personal-brand content you can come alone, with your looks already thought out, and I handle the direction. For a more ambitious campaign or editorial, a styling and makeup team lifts the result a lot, and I can recommend professionals I work with in Barcelona. We decide based on the goal and the budget at booking.

Do the photos work for submitting to modelling agencies?

Yes. If your goal is an agency book, we focus on that: we include clean shots and full-length and close polaroids with little makeup, which agencies ask for to see your real features, alongside more editorial images that show your range. I advise you on looks and framing based on what agencies want. Tell me which ones you want to apply to and we adapt the selection.

Does it include retouching and how deep is it?

The whole gallery comes with an editorial-grade edit: colour, contrast, light and natural skin cleanup that respects texture. For key campaign or cover images I can do a deeper retouch — fine cleanup, subtle liquify, background adjustments — as an add-on per image. We agree how many photos get that advanced retouch when quoting, so you know exactly what you receive.

Do I have rights to use the photos commercially?

It depends on the use, and we put it in writing before we start. For personal portfolio and social, use is included. For a brand campaign, paid advertising or packaging, we agree a specific commercial licence based on scope and duration. It's important to define this at booking so there are no misunderstandings later; I explain the options clearly and with no fine print.

Barcelona offers a scenic range that's hard to match: the modernist geometry of the Eixample, the theatrical stone of the Gòtic, the hard light over the sea in La Barceloneta and the clean, panoramic frames of the Bunkers del Carmel. One city, many visual registers.

I work the framing, the pose and the light already thinking about how the photo will be edited. The aim is a finished, intentional image that holds its own next to any editorial reference.

From concept to shoot

We start before the shoot day. We define a moodboard, the references, the looks and the locations that hold the idea: the modernist façades and patterns of Passeig de Gràcia for something graphic, the walls of El Born for something more sober, the beach and horizon of La Barceloneta for a bright campaign, the Bunkers for openness and sky.

On the shoot I direct pose, gesture and line with precision, looking for the silhouette each garment asks for. I check the framing frame by frame and show you references on the camera so we move in the same direction. If we work with styling or a team, I coordinate the timing so each look gets its light.

Then comes the edit: a careful selection and retouch, with a finish consistent across the whole series. I don't deliver loose photos but a collection that tells a single visual story.

Light, duration, what's included and delivery

The concept rules over the light. For clean, graphic fashion, overcast skies or the golden hour give controlled tones; for campaigns with strong sun and sharp shadows, midday at La Barceloneta works very well. Spring and autumn offer the most stable weather; in summer we adjust the hours. If the project calls for it, we also set up night frames with city light.

A fashion image session usually runs two to three hours and covers one or two settings with several looks. It includes creative direction on the urban set, selection and an editorial-grade edit, delivered as a high-resolution digital gallery, ready for a portfolio, lookbook or campaign.

The price is from €150, adjusted by the number of looks, locations, retouching and whether a styling team is involved. We quote it to your measure at booking. Delivery lands in five to ten days.
