Do I need to be a professional model for this session?

No. I work equally with models starting their book and with people who've never posed. The difference comes from direction: I cue every posture, the body's weight, what to do with hands and gaze, and we check on camera so you see how it's coming out. With a bit of method anyone gets editorial-level images.

Does it include styling, makeup or hair?

The base session is the photography and direction; styling, makeup and hair aren't included by default, but I coordinate them with trusted professionals in Alicante if you want them. For a polished fashion image they usually make a big difference. Tell me what level of production you're after and we set it up at booking.

How do we define the style before shooting?

Before the session we discuss the direction: visual references you like, colour palette, type of light and what you'll use the photos for. With that I pick the Alicante locations that fit best and prepare an idea of poses and framing. Arriving with a clear concept makes the session far more productive and the result coherent.

What level of retouching do the final images have?

The selected images get fashion editing: colour and light work, background cleanup if needed and careful skin retouching that keeps natural texture. If your project needs deeper retouching — compositing, subtle liquify, campaign finish — we scope that separately. You receive the final high-resolution files within five to ten days.

Locations and how the session develops

We choose locations according to the look's aesthetic. The Explanada de España, with its rippling mosaic and palms, gives graphic lines and a bright, elegant air. Barrio Santa Cruz brings coloured walls, stairs and textured corners for something more vibrant and personal.

The port and marina offer an open backdrop with water, masts and reflections, ideal for clean silhouettes and side light. And for a more imposing image, the bay views from the Castillo de Santa Bárbara area add scale. We combine two or three settings so the portfolio has variety.

Before shooting we define the direction: references, poses, light tone and editing. During the session I direct you frame by frame — posture, body axis, hands, gaze — chasing the pose that looks natural but is built. We work calmly, checking on camera to fine-tune as we go.

Best timing, duration and delivery

Alicante's warm climate lets us work almost all year. For a soft, luminous finish, golden hour is ideal; for a more editorial contrast, direct daylight works very well on the white marble. In summer sunrise avoids the heat and gifts you empty locations.

A fashion image session lasts between one and two hours depending on the number of looks and locations. You receive a digital gallery with a selection of professionally finished high-resolution images, delivered within five to ten days.
