An event happens only once. The speech that mattered, the toast, the face of someone who didn't see the surprise coming, the full room before it all begins — these are moments that don't repeat, and photography is all that's left when the lights go down.
Our job is to be in the right place at the right second, without interrupting, so your event is remembered exactly as it was lived — and so the brand, the couple or the host have material worthy of what they put together.
How we cover the event and in which venues
Before the day we go over the script: arrival time, key moments that can't be missed — the speech, the cake cut, the product reveal, the group photo — and a list of must-have people and details. I arrive with margin to photograph the venue set up and empty, before guests come in, when the décor is still pristine.
During the event I work in reportage mode, discreet, without aggressive flash when the setting allows, catching the mix of planned moments and spontaneous ones. I combine the wide shot that places the space, the portraits of the leads and the details the organisers cared about: the table, the flowers, the lighting, the brand present in every corner.
Barcelona offers venues of every kind and we adapt to each: a rooftop overlooking the Sagrada Família or the skyline, a Barceloneta beach club at sunset, the hall of a modernist Eixample building, an open corporate-event space in the 22@ district or a seafront terrace. The light of each place defines how we light it.
Hours of coverage, delivery and price
Coverage is booked by the hour, according to the event: two or three hours for a launch or a cocktail, a full day for a wedding or a conference. We agree start and end times in advance, and if the event runs long we extend on the spot in blocks. The point is never to fall short on the moments that truly count.
We deliver an edited high-resolution gallery in three to seven days, ready for web, social and press. For clients who need it — media, brands, organisers — we can do an express delivery of a selection the same day or the next morning, to publish while the event is still in the news.
Pricing is by hours of coverage plus the extras you want: a second photographer for large events, video, a photo booth or instant printing for guests. I send a fixed quote based on duration and event type, with full image use and no per-photo charge.
