How we cover your event
Before the day we go through the programme with you: arrival time, key moments (opening, talks, toast, dinner, photocall), must-have people or details and the tone you want. If the event is by the port, on a terrace or in a Costa Blanca villa, we visit or study the space to anticipate light and angles.
During the event we work documentary-style, moving discreetly: we capture the atmosphere, the décor before guests arrive, the real interactions and spontaneous portraits. Indoors and at night we use careful lighting to keep the warmth without turning the room into a studio; if needed, we set up a small portrait set or cover the photocall.
For corporate events we also deliver a quick selection of images during or right after the day, for social and press the same day. We coordinate a second photographer or video when the programme calls for it, so nothing important goes uncovered.
Hours, delivery and pricing
Event coverage is booked by the hour, according to the programme's length: from a 2-hour block for a presentation or a toast to full days for congresses or celebrations running into the night. We agree start and end times in advance, and if the event runs over, we extend on the spot and bill additional hours, no surprises.
We deliver the full edited high-resolution gallery within 3 to 7 days, organised by moments of the event and ready for web, press, social and internal comms. If you need immediate material, we include an express selection of key images the same day or first thing the next morning.
Photos come with a commercial usage licence for the communication of the event and of the brand or host. Pricing is per hour plus extras (second photographer, video, photocall, express delivery); tell us date, place, estimated duration and event type and we send a fixed quote the same day.
