How we shoot: at your office, villa or our set

We come to wherever your team is. We set up a portable rig with a neutral backdrop and studio lighting in your office, a hotel meeting room or a villa terrace with Ibiza's golden light behind. Each person spends five to ten minutes in front of the camera.

We direct throughout: posture, chin, shoulders, a half-smile that works. Nobody needs to know how to pose — that's our job. If you prefer a more relaxed feel, we shoot outdoors near Dalt Vila or on a rooftop with views, keeping every portrait consistent in style.

For larger teams we run a shoot day with per-person time slots so operations never stop. Everyone comes out matched in tone, framing and treatment, ready for a flawless website or internal directory.

Delivery, rights and pricing

You receive an online gallery within 3–5 business days with retouched high-resolution headshots, cropped for web and social and in a square format for avatars. Each person picks their favourite and we edit it with a natural, professional finish.

Images come with full commercial usage rights for your website, LinkedIn, press and corporate materials, with no time limit. Pricing starts from ~€120/person, with a reduced volume rate for teams. We send a fixed quote before booking, with no surprises.
