Passport & ID photos — Madrid

We cover practically every procedure. For Spain: DNI and passport (32x26 mm, plain light background), driving licence and NIE on that same standard. For the US: passport and visas at 2x2 inches (51x51 mm) with the head centred per their regulation. For Schengen, UK, Canada, China, India and other visas, we adjust to each one's exact spec — size, head proportion and background. Just tell us the country and procedure and we set the shot to meet the rule.

Yes, both are included. You take away a set of prints on photo paper at the exact size of the procedure, ready to cut and attach to the application, plus the digital file prepared with the dimensions and weight the online platforms require. Today many passport renewals and visa applications are done online and reject the file if it doesn't meet the dimensions, so we hand it over already validated for upload.

It's practically immediate: the shot and full delivery take about ten to fifteen minutes, and you leave with the printed photos and the digital file the same day. For one person and a simple procedure no appointment is needed; you can just drop by. If there are several of you, a whole family, or you need formats for different countries, it's better to let us know in advance so the time is set aside and there's no wait.

It's very rare, because we work to the official specifications of each document and check framing, background and expression before printing. But if for any reason a specific procedure rejects it, you come back and we redo it at no cost, adjusting whatever they ask. Always tell me the exact procedure when booking — a DNI isn't the same as a US visa or a public exam — so we set it up right from the start and this doesn't happen.
