We work in Madrid with controlled studio light and a compliant background, for the Spanish DNI and passport, visas for any country, driving licence, NIE, public exams or the US 2x2-inch format. We know the specifications of each.
You arrive, sit down, and in a few minutes you leave with the photo the procedure will accept — no surprises at the office.
Studio, official sizes and specifications
We shoot in studio with a plain white or grey background and even lighting, no shadows on the face or background, exactly as the rules require. I take care of the framing, the head height within the frame and a neutral expression with the mouth closed and eyes clearly visible.
For Spain, the DNI and passport use the 32x26 mm format with a plain light background; the driving licence and NIE share that standard. The US passport and visas ask for 2x2 inches (51x51 mm) with the head centred per their guide. For Schengen and other countries' visas we adjust to the specific spec — just tell me the procedure.
If you wear glasses, a veil, hearing aids or come with a baby, no problem: I know the rules for each case (reflections, frames, face coverage) and we apply them so the photo passes the check.
Time, prints and digital, and price
It's quick: the whole process takes about ten to fifteen minutes, and you take the photos away on the spot. No appointment for simple cases, though if you come with family or several procedures it's worth letting us know.
You receive both: prints on photo paper at the exact size of the procedure, and the digital file with the dimensions and weight the online applications require — many visas and renewals are now done over the internet and need the correct file.
The price is fixed, around €25, and includes the shot, the set of prints and the digital file ready to upload. If you need formats for several countries at once, we prepare them all in the same session.
