Do I have to bring the products to the studio?

Usually you get the products to the studio, in person or by courier, with enough time to prepare them. We tell you how to send them so they arrive perfect and, if they're delicate or valuable items, we handle them with appropriate care and return them in the same condition after the session.

Will the colours match the real product?

Yes, it's a priority. We calibrate colour in studio and, when needed, use colour references so the on-screen tone is faithful to the real item. This reduces e-commerce returns, where a misleading colour causes dissatisfaction. If your product has a critical tone — a textile, a cosmetic — tell us and we adjust it with special attention.

How is the price calculated by number of products?

Pricing is per project, from €150, and depends on the number of references and the shot type of each — a simple packshot takes less set time than a props still life or a macro detail. We deliver the edited images in high resolution within 3 to 7 working days, retouching included — background cleanup, colour adjustment, dust and reflection removal — and in the formats you need for marketplace, web and social, crops included.
