Madrid is the ideal city for this kind of photography because it lives on the street. There's bustle, high light, boulevards that breathe and neighbourhood corners where nobody bats an eye at a camera. It's a capital that needs no set — it is the set.
The result doesn't look like a photoshoot. It looks like a day of yours in Madrid, told in images that years from now will hand you back exactly how you felt this morning.
Where we wander
We start gently in Parque del Retiro: the Crystal Palace, the rowing boats on the pond, the dirt paths between trees. It's a relaxed opening that breaks the ice and yields green, luminous frames. From there we drop into the centre, to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, where the city's rhythm walks into the frame on its own.
For the block with more edge we cross into Malasaña: mural walls, neighbourhood cafés, staircases and textured doorways. And if the session falls at the end of the day, we finish at Templo de Debod, where the sun sets right behind the Egyptian stones and all of Madrid turns golden.
There's no need to rush. We walk, stop for a drink, let the session breathe. That ease is precisely what keeps the photos from looking staged.
When, how long and what you get
Spring and autumn are the most comfortable: mild temperatures and clean light without summer's dry heat. In summer we go out first thing or at sunset, when the city loosens up. Madrid's winter is cold but deep-blue-skied, perfect for crisp frames.
A lifestyle session runs an hour and a half to two hours, enough for two or three settings on foot without rushing. We walk, we chat, and I shoot while the city moves around us.
You receive a high-resolution digital gallery, carefully edited and delivered in five to ten days, ready to print or share. From €150; if you'd like more time, an extra location or an outfit change, we adjust it at booking.
