Wedding photography — Seville

Mostly reportage: I document most of the day without intervening, because that's where the real emotions are — the tears, the laughter, the spontaneous hugs. The only part I gently direct is the couple session at sunset, and even there I don't ask for stiff poses: I give you something to do and let you be yourselves. The result is elegant but natural, never wooden.

It depends on the programme. If you want from getting-ready to party, it's usually eight to ten hours, and there I recommend a second photographer to cover two places at once and not miss reactions. For an intimate wedding or just ceremony and couple session, fewer hours and a single photographer are enough. We size it together around your timeline, without paying for time you don't need.

In the first days after the wedding I send a preview with a selection of the best images, so you can share them right away. The full gallery, hand-edited in high resolution, usually arrives within a few weeks — the time needed for a careful selection and edit. I deliver everything in a private digital gallery, ready to download and print.

Summer weddings in Seville live at night, and that's a photographic advantage. The ceremony and cocktail usually fall at sunset, when the heat eases and the light is golden and flattering. For the couple session I use that last hour of sun and then the magic of the lit-up party. I work with ambient light and discreet flash so the night photos have warmth, not harshness. We manage the heat with the schedule; the images only gain from it.
