Pre-wedding shoot — Seville

You don't need to know — that's what I'm for. I work through small cues and by setting up situations: walk towards me hand in hand, whisper a secret plan, stop to look at the river. Real reactions come out of that instead of stiff poses. That's exactly why a pre-wedding shoot is so useful: you arrive at the wedding already warmed up and comfortable in front of the camera, and it shows in the big-day photos.

For several very practical things and one emotional one. On the practical side: the save the date, the invitations, the wedding website, a photo display or a guest book with your own image. On the emotional side: a set of portraits of you as a couple, free of wedding-day pressure, made somewhere you love. And as a bonus, you arrive at the wedding far more at ease in front of the camera. It's an investment that pays off before and during the celebration.

In the standard session we combine two nearby locations — say the Plaza de España and a corner of Santa Cruz, or the Triana bridge and the riverbank — and one outfit change fits comfortably. We plan it so the route makes sense and you don't waste time walking. If you'd like a third setting or a second look, we extend the time a little and settle it at booking.

If you'll use the photos for the save the date or invitations, three to six months ahead is ideal, leaving room for editing and printing. If you only want the images and the camera warm-up, any time works — even a few days before, if you're coming to Seville for the wedding. We coordinate the date with the best light of the season and with your calendar; the earlier you book, the better the day and time options.
