How we cover the event
Before the day we go through the script with you: the start time, the key moments — speeches, award presentations, toasts, performances — the list of people or dignitaries who can't be missing from the photos, and the kind of images you'll need afterwards, whether for press, social or internal record. That way we arrive knowing where to be at each moment.
I work in a discreet documentary style: I move among the guests without interrupting, capturing real reactions instead of forced poses. When needed, I also direct quick groups and formal portraits with the key figures, but the bulk of the coverage is the event's genuine energy — the conversation, the laughter, the detail of the décor, the mood of the space.
Seville often plays with difficult light: sunlit patios, halls with warm low light, rooftops at nightfall. I come ready for all of them: low-light gear and, where appropriate, subtle bounced flash that respects the atmosphere. For large events or ones with several stages we add a second photographer so nothing is missed.
Hours, deliverables and price
The full gallery, edited in high resolution, is delivered in three to seven days. For brands, media and organisers who need to publish hot, we offer express delivery: a selection of the best images the same day or next morning, already corrected and ready for social and press, while the event is still current.
You receive high-resolution files for print and archive, plus versions optimised for social. Frequent extras: a second photographer for large events, a recap video, a photo booth with instant printing, blue-hour shots of the lit venue, and formal portraits of speakers or dignitaries.
Pricing is per hour, from a base rate that covers the minimum coverage of the function; we extend in blocks as the event runs longer. A launch or a cocktail usually fits in two or three hours; a conference or a wedding calls for a full day. I send a fixed quote at booking, with hours and deliverables made clear.
